A live, hands-on workshop
Get Claude working for your business.
Bring your laptop. Leave with Claude set up, your first AI workflows built, and business-ready prompts you can use tomorrow — no technical background needed.
Built for owners of local service businesses — trades, professional services, wellness, and local shops.
Who this is for
Made for the people who run the place.
If you handle customer messages, marketing, quotes, and planning yourself — without an IT department — this workshop was designed for you.
Home services & trades
Plumbers, electricians, landscapers, cleaners, contractors, and repair pros.
Local professional services
Bookkeepers, agents, consultants, and other client-based practices.
Wellness & coaching
Studios, trainers, therapists, and appointment-based businesses.
Local retail & hospitality
Shops, cafés, and venues with recurring admin and marketing to keep up with.
What you'll build
You won't watch. You'll build.
This is a working session, not a lecture. By the end, you will have made each of these for your own business:
-
Claude, set up the smart way
Get your account working and learn the basic safety habits for using AI with business information.
-
Your reusable business context prompt
One master prompt that teaches Claude who you are, what you sell, and how you talk — so every answer sounds like your business.
-
Customer replies, drafted
Turn the messages you answer over and over into fast, friendly drafts you just review and send.
-
Marketing content, started
Draft a promotion, social post, or email using your own services and voice — not generic filler.
-
A checklist or SOP for a routine task
Take a process that lives in your head and turn it into a step-by-step document you can hand to anyone.
-
Your 30-day AI action plan
Leave with a short, realistic plan for where AI helps your business next — plus a simple prompt framework to keep building.
The format
One sitting. Real work. Your business.
A note on privacy & safety
We take this seriously, and it's built into the workshop. You'll learn simple rules for what belongs in an AI tool and what doesn't. During exercises we use sample or made-up data — never:
- Passwords or account logins
- Full customer records or contact lists
- Financial statements, tax records, or banking details
- Social Security numbers, medical details, or other sensitive personal information
AI is a drafting assistant, not a professional advisor — it doesn't replace legal, financial, or medical advice.
Questions
Fair questions, straight answers.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can write an email and join a Zoom call, you're ready. Everything is guided step by step, in plain business language — no jargon, no coding.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop, a real customer question you answer often, and a routine task you'd like off your plate. The setup guide walks you through everything, including creating a free Claude account before the session.
Is my business information safe?
Safety guidance is part of the workshop itself. You'll learn what's fine to use with AI tools and what to keep out — and all practice exercises use sample data, never sensitive records. See the privacy note above for the short version.
I've never used AI. Is this too advanced?
This workshop is built for first-timers. We start with setup, and the whole session works on your business with approachable, everyday examples. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.
Will this really save me time?
We won't promise a magic number — results depend on your business and how you use what you build. What we can promise: you'll leave with working drafts, reusable prompts, and a clear plan, instead of vague theory.
What does it cost, and when is it?
The founding cohort is forming now, and founding members get the best price we'll ever offer. Reserve your interest below and we'll follow up with the date and details — reserving costs nothing and doesn't commit you.

Seats in the founding cohort are limited so everyone gets hands-on help. Tell us you're interested and we'll send the date, price, and setup guide — no commitment.
